Whilst attending the William De Kooning Academy in Rotterdam, I worked on an Art Poster for the North Sea Jazz Festival. The 33rd North Sea Jazz Festival took place on the 11th, 12th and 13th of July 2008 in Rotterdam. I wanted to create a unique typeface that would encapsulate the main attributes of the festival.
